BUSS-SIMÃO, MÁRCIA ROCHA, ELOISA ACIRES CANDAL TEACHING IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION: AN ANALYSIS OF MUNICIPAL SYSTEMS IN SANTA CATARINA CONTEXT <p></p><p>ABSTRACT This article is the result of a research that aimed to contribute to the knowledge of the recent settings of municipal education systems and outline the profile of the training of its professionals in Santa Catarina with greater coverage of early childhood education. Data were collected in 2012 through a questionnaire sent to 20% of the total of 293 municipalities in the state of Santa Catarina and, despite the limitations concerning the data collection process, there was a return of 32 questionnaires. For this article, the analyses focus on the entry and career processes: minimum training required, career planning and access to teaching, employment, employment status, working hours and minimum wage of professionals (teachers, assistants and directors).</p><p></p> early childhood education;teaching;municipal offices;Santa Catarina 2018-04-11
